 RELATED TASKS:
1. To directly implement the project's legal procedures, manage and monitor the
dossier approval situation at the specialized State agency to ensure that the dossiers

phases:
Phase 1 - Capacity 183.84MW No. 04 area surveyed 3.300ha;
Phase 2 - Power 107.24MW position No. 02 survey area of 1,500ha and capacity of
160.86MW location No. 07 area of 3,100ha survey period up to 2025.
Preparation stage :
• Site selection: Based on the Government's wind power planning, the procedures
will be proposed to the competent authorities for coordinated survey and selection
of investment location in the locality where the project is located.
• Application for approval for wind measurement, topographical survey, wind
potential assessment at the selected investment site; (or Pre-feasibility study in
order to supplement the province's wind power planning);

approval of the decision on investment policy and the issuance of the investment
certificate (when foreign investors are involved);

support for land and re-establishment of new housing.
• Coordinate and submit for approval the land leasing policy for the implementation
of the project and the procedures for leasing land.
• On technical design, the technical design on fire prevention and fighting,

consultancy unit, I am only responsible for inspection, to advise and recommend the
completeness of the dossiers on the basis of the statutory criteria (contents to be
supplemented if any) and carry out procedures for submission and approval of

design; Certificate of satisfaction of conditions for environmental protection.
• Advise and coordinate with the specialized departments of the Company and carry
out procedures for the application for a construction permit, taking full

competent authorities for issuance of construction permits.
PHASE OBJECTIVES: To be achieved is to be granted construction permit and to
meet construction conditions
Construction and operation stage:
• Coordination, implementation of additional procedures, procedures to ensure the
conditions for construction as prescribed: urge handing over the construction

CÁC CÔNG VIỆC CÓ LIÊN QUAN:
1. Thực hiện các thủ tục pháp lý của dự án, trực tiếp thực hiện, quản lý, theo
dõi tình hình phê duyệt hồ sơ tại cơ quan Nhà Nước chuyên ngành để đảm bảo hồ sơ

2. Lĩnh vực thực hiện: Liên hệ với các cơ quan nhà nước và các tổ chức bên
ngoài để giải quyết công việc được phân công sắp xếp thời gian, tổ chức và quản lý
tiến trình để hoàn thành công việc. Đề xuất kế hoạch triển khai pháp lý từng giai
đoạn của dự án. Thu thập thông tin, tổng hợp hồ sơ pháp lý … dõi tình hình thực hiện

Giai đoạn chuẩn bị dự án:
Lựa chọn địa điểm: Căn cứ theo quy hoạch điện gió của Chính phủ, làm các thủ tục
đề nghị và phối hợp với cơ quan có thẩm quyền khảo sát, lựa chọn địa điểm đầu tư
tại địa phương
Làm thủ tục xin chấp thuận chủ trương cho phép đo gió, khảo sát địa hình, đánh giá
tiềm năng gió tại địa điểm đầu tư được lựa chọn; (hoặc lập nghiên cứu tiền khả thi,
để bổ sung quy hoạch điện gió);
Lập, cũng cố hồ sơ trình cấp có thẩm quyền phê duyệt Quyết định chủ trương đầu
tư, cấp chứng nhận đầu tư (khi có nhà đầu tư nước ngoài tham gia); Lưu ý: Chỉ chịu
trách nhiệm pháp lý, hoàn thiện thủ tục theo quy định, báo cáo đầu tư và nộp hồ sơ

1.Về lĩnh vực nhập khẩu xăng dầu tại Việt Nam:
Là người thực hiện, chịu trách nhiệm toàn phần đối với việc làm các thủ tục

các Đơn vị có liên quan khác thuộc chính phủ như

thuế nhập khẩu và làm thủ tục hoàn thuế (nếu có) đối với xăng dầu nhập khẩu.

• Về bơm rót xăng dầu: Với vai trò là đại diện chủhàng trên tàu ngoại và là “Loading

2. Về lĩnh vực xây dựng, tổ chức, hoạt động kinh doanh xăng dầu:
• Thủ tục đề nghị cấp mới, cấp bổ sung, sửa đổi Giấy chứng nhận Cửa hàng đủ
điều kiện bán lẻ xăng dầu.
• Thủ tục đề nghị cấp Cấp Giấy xác nhận đủ điều kiện làm thương nhân phân
phối xăng dầu, tổng đại lý xăng dầu, đại lý bán lẻ xăng dầu (khi cần thiết).
Về xây dựng:
• Thủ tục đề nghị cấp phép xây dựng cửa hàng bán lẻ xăng dầu;
• Thủ tục đề nghị Cấp giấy phép thi công đấu nối đường dẫn của cửa hàng xăng
dầu;
• Thủ tục khảo sát lực chọn địa điểm công trình xăng dầu;
• Thủ tục đề nghị thẩm định, phê duyệt, bổ sung, điều chỉnh đối với dự án đầu
tư xây dựng công trình kho xăng dầu.
3. Về lĩnh vực tổ chức, hoạt động Doanh nghiệp:
• Thủ tục đề nghị Đăng ký thành lập mới, chia, tách, hợp nhất Công ty.

• Lập tờ trình và dự thảo quyết định bồi thường, hỗ trợ và tái định cư trình Chủ
tịch Hội đồng bồi thường của dự án xem xét ký ban hành, trong đó nêu rõ về mức bồi

• Phát hành thông báo nhận tiền, thời gian, địa điểm nhận tiền đến người bị thu
hồi đất.
• Hoàn tất hồ sơ chi trả tiền bồi thường, hỗ trợ cho người có đất bị thu hồi và
thu hồi mặt bằng.
• Tham gia tố tụng và giải quyết đối với các trường hợp khiếu nại, khiếu kiện.
