Coachella is a service of events and party established in 2015. Our company
will provide a beautiful and glamour occasions, parties and celebrations that
will create a memorable events or party to your families, friends and to other
people, with the help of our talented staffs in decorating and experts in
planning, organizing and executing the event you’ve always envisioned from
conception to completion.
We are believing that the experience of event can have a good impact on
guest. Our mission is to experience our services to ensure that will create a
memorable memories that they cannot forget a lifelong experience. Coachella
has a goal to become successful in every event, and to do tasks completely and
have a big impact to our clients, having a good relationships to our clients and
also Coachella is very decorative in terms of designing of every events, our
clients will choose for their own theme they want.

Company Description
Coachella was established by experts in management and organizing in a
previous events experience in coordinating of parties and events with families
and friends. In 4 years of servicing we gain an experience and knowledge and
also developed our skills in handling of events and parties and understanding
of the events, parties, arts in decorating resulting an unforgettable experience
to our guest and clients.

The event manager is responsible to oversee or to make sure that all the
events are shows go.
SECRETARY
He/she responsible for specific duties, compiling and send events report to the
company.
Ensure there are printed materials such as invitations, monitoring materials
needed for event.
He/she a personal assistant whose work consists of supporting management.
Process all the client’s filled up forms and compile it to the data base.

She is responsible for the best quality or equipment or materials that will be
needed in an event, goods and services for the company and also oversee for
supply chain management.
PROGRAMME HEAD
The master officer of the catering services of the company for the event,
organizes and develop the food and beverages services of organization and
business. The food and Beverage assist the staff to place all the food needed or
ordered in an event.
