Need UEC HDPVR + DSD1131 + XtraView Setup/Config Advice

Hi everyone

Need some advice or suggestions on the following:

I got my setup installed last week by a Multichoice Accredited Installer, upgraded from Dual
View decoder.
Signal Strength: +- 90% - 100%
Signal Quality: +- 90% - 100%

Both decoders are installed in the same room next to each other.
Some issues and concerns:

1. Playback from On Demand and recordings HD and SD content are not very smooth or fluid,
type of jitter or lag every 5-8 seconds
2. 3 Random Reboots and reset settings of the UEC HD Pvr, Last random reboot was on
19/09/2010
3. Does it matter which decoder is setup as primary or secondary?
4. The installer suggested that i turn off automatic standby, to reduce possible issues, is that ok?
5. Is there anything else I can do to improve stability and quality?

Dual LNB
2x6 Multiswitch
DSD1131 Primary
UEC HD PVR Secondary
UEC HDMI Output: Original
1x4 Powered HDMI Splitter
15m HDMI to Sony HD Ready LCD TV
Samsat Remote Extender - Works perfectly with the DSD1131, little slow to respond for the
UEC, but atleast I can change channels from downstairs lounge.
RF Output from DSD1131 to Splitter to distribute RF signal to 5 coax tv points
