COMPROMISE AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Agreement entered by and between:

MASTURA LIDASAN TALIPASAN, of legal age, married and a

resident of Purok Masagana, Kalawag II, Isulan, Sultan Kudarat,
hereinafter referred to as the First Party;

-and-

MONERA MOPAC TALIPASAN, of legal age, married and a resident

of Purok Masagana, Kalawag II, Isulan, Sultan Kudarat, hereinafter
referred to as the Second Party;

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the parties are the biological parents of minor (the

CHILD), Datu Nasthur Bakar M. Talipasan, born on
;

WHEREAS, the parties agreed to separate in board and lodging

for a period of Ninety (90) days plus Ten (10) days known as Iddah in
accordance with Shariah Law;

WHEREAS, after the said period or Iddah when both parties

failed to reconcile, the same shall be referred to Elders or to a
competent jurisdiction for proper disposition;

WHEREAS, the properties obtained by both parties during the

existence of their marriage shall be given solely to THE CHILD;

WHEREAS, the parties desire to provide for a complete

settlement of the issues pertaining to the custody, visitorial rights,
support and maintenance of THE CHILD;

WHEREAS, each party acknowledges his or her personal

obligations as parent of the child and, by these presents, each hereby
undertakes to render the performance of these obligations to the child
and comply with his or her duties as a parent;

 WHEREAS, the mother shall continue to have custody over THE
CHILD while the father shall exercise visitorial rights;

WHEREAS, both parties undertake to take every measure

necessary, desirable and proper, to consider the best interest of THE
CHILD at all times, whether with them or away from them. Any act,
word or manipulative scheme that may cause the alienation of feelings
or loss of respect or that either one or both of them, from either one of
the parties, shall never be tolerated.
