string counter current off-line calciner preheating tower with grate cooler which has been
now replaced by delta cooler, thereby I played a prominent part in the installation of FONS
Delta cooler.

 Complete kiln lining work along with Preheater & Cooler Castable works.
 Burner adjustment according to operational requirement.
 Coordination with quality department in implementing clinker quality according
to company policy.
 Coordinate with all sub ordinates for smooth and efficient operation.
 Machines and Sub ordinates proper safety.
 Plant area housekeeping.
 Economical operation with no fuel wastage.
 Operate kiln effectively with standard and alternative fuels.
 Safe, Smooth and Economical Plant Operation with quality as first priority.
 Internal inspection of the all kiln and preheater area and report to section
incharge.
 Physically check the all plant time to time.
 Managing plant troubleshooting.
