VENDER EVALUATION SYSTEM- PALTEL: Paltel,

The Venders Management System, is a software that had been customize to Palestine
track the vender’s performance rating based on different criteria’s and items, so
Jawwal can assess to whether to continue treatment with given vender in the
coming future, increase procurement from specific vender, thus it can support in
enhancing decision making, in essence, the system includes different module
which:-
 :: Venders Evaluation Section:-
This module includes different forms as setup and evaluation formula, in
addition, this section supports the employee through send automatic
email to given employee as per department to perform evaluation. So
each department is entitled to evaluate the department venders, i.e. the
IT department will evaluate the IT venders.
 :: Portal for Public:
In this section, the suppliers can log into the portal and fill their
information regarding this issue, and even, they can update their
contacts and information part.
 :: Internal User Section:
As per portal supplier section above which is dedicated to the public, this
section is for internal users.
The system supports any type of browsers i.e. Google chrome, internet explorer and
Firefox.
Student’s evaluation & scholarship Management System
Experts have developed and customized Student’s evaluation & scholarship
Management System with the aim to automate the selection and processing of
scholarships and to create a direct channel with the beneficiaries.
Where the system give the capability to:
1. Load beneficiaries data into the system (ex: excel sheet “name ,
address, number, average, ID … etc”)
2. Selection capabilities including an evaluation on parametric variables.
3. Send SMS massages to beneficiaries.
4. Follow up beneficiaries until graduation, where different type of sampling based on different
variables can be processed to measure the need for the scholarship.
5. Beneficiaries can access the system to view their status.
6. Exporting capabilities to create reports as per given criteria.

Insurance Tracking system


We have built the insurance tracking system to automate and manage
companies’ way of ordering and tracking all insurance operations and to
reduce the manual work and minimize the human errors, where this
application can be usually used in the HR Department to offload daily
manual work.
