COURSE DESCRIPTION:
An introduction to the study of Management of Organization specifically of the public sector that is service oriented in nature, it also focuses on the conflict (as well as conflict resolution) and
cooperation, theory, history, function, and processes inside and outside the world of an organization

COURSE OBJECTIVES:
At the end of the semester, the students will be able to:
1. Think critically about the current issues and problems in the Organization and Management
2. Be strategic problem-solvers and reflective decision-makers.
3. Create a policy alternative with regard to the current problems in our society
4. Be conscious of her role as an active player in an Organization
5. Examine and critique Organization and Management issues through different perspectives
