From the Rector Earth Day 2016 It's Pretty Simple A giant Thank You to everyone who participated in the Earth Day clean up along the Heritage River trail in Did you ever think about what Jermyn. it is that God wants from you? Really, what is required? There are so many opinions floating around out there that it's difficult to know. Some folks insist that you have to be "saved" or "born again." They don't seem to realize that in the original languages, being saved means to become fully alive and being born again is about being born from above, to see the world through God's eyes and to do what God does. But what is that? Well, it's actually pretty simple and Jesus said it in so many ways: "Love." Love God. Love other people, especially the ones who don't deserve it.
