Stairmaker/Woodworker: New Energy Works of Rochester, LLC is currently seeking an experienced

Stair Maker/Woodworker for our Shortsville, NY location. Today, along with our sister company Pioneer
Millworks, we employ nearly 100 designers, timberwrights, engineers, craftspeople, and community
members. This position would assist our company in the design and development of our heavy timber
structures. Experience and knowledge of wood, fine woodworking techniques and skills, stair and railing
fabrication and installation, detailed metal fabrication a plus. Must have previous residential construction
experience, the ability to read blueprints, utilize appropriate math skills, proficient with industrial
woodworking tools and the ability to supervise and work with others is critical. Will train the right
candidate. Working Conditions 30% of time is spent working at job sites, 70% shop environment. Some

all areas and aspects of carpentry, installation, fabrication and requires the capability to climb ladders for
