Objective of the Session :

General Objectives: At the end of the session, participants are able:


a. deepen understanding on the legal basis of basic action research and guidelines in granting BERF through lecture method.

DO: Introduce yourself briefly and state


the topic of the session. Ask the
participants to state their expectations of
the topic.

*The trainer may write the significant


expectations on the board so he/she
would be reminded to address it later.

DO: Wrap up and emphasize the


expectations of the participants.

Focus group activity.

Participants are grouped into three. Each


group will discuss among each thematic
area in consonance of the making of
action research.
To discuss the different Group I Improving access to Education
provisions in making action Group II Improving the quality of
research. Education
Group III Improving Governance.

research guided by the BERA as the
