With reference to the discussions/enquiry we had with you regarding supply of RMC at your site, we
would like to offer you our very reasonable rates under the following terms and conditions:

• The above rates are Including 18% GST.

• The above rates are valid for 15 Days.
• Any increase taxes or new taxes levies by the central Government as well as state
Government other consequential increases will be to your account.
 General Terms & Conditions:

1. Terms of payment will be 30Days.

2. Pumping Charge up to 50 cum Rs.10000.00, Over than 40 cum. Rs.200Per cub +GST Extra.

3. Cement Ambuja & Ultratech OPC 53 Grade.

4. Our above rates are with the basic price of cement upto the rate of Rs.250.00 per bag of
50 kgs. In case of any increase in rate of cement, we will be entitled
to Claim the difference of rate of cement

5. In case of any increase in rate of diesel then above rates will be increase according
the Increasing rate of diesel.
6. At present service tax is not applicable to R.M.C. If it is levied in
Future is reimbursable to us as per actual.

7. We will be submitting our regular bills within three days of supply. The
Balance payment will be paid after advance adjustment failing to which
@ 18% of interest will be charged.

8. Payments will be made in favor of Nootan RMC Infra.

9. Our quoted rates are applicable up to 15 kms only. Beyond 15 kms additional
Transportation will be charge accordingly @ Rs.15.00 per km towards extra Km.

10. All disputes relating to the quality of material, to be settled as per the IS 456 and other
Related IS codes. If the same is not settled the matter should be referred to third party consultant.
Jointly whose decision should be acceptable to both the parties?

11. All the arbitration shall be settled in Mumbai Jurisdiction.

12. All traffic problems, Liaoning with government authorities in transit will
be lies on you for arranging smooth passage of the same.

13. Requirements of R.M.C materials should come to us at least 24 hours in advance.

14. Our R.M.C. concrete mix designs are based on IS 456-2000.

15. Our concrete will be supplied with normal concrete temperature of 300 to 400 C.
for any special requirement, we can supply you temperature control concrete
at an additional cost.
