INSTRUCTIONS FOR FORM FILLING

1. Applicants are advised to use preferably either Google Chrome or Mozilla or

Internet Explorer 6.0 or above version.
2. Fill all details in Block Letters only.
3. Once confirmed by clicking the PROCEED TO PAY Button data entered cannot be
changed.
4. Please confirm that the data entered is correct in all respect and then only click
the PROCEED TO PAY Button.
5. While applying online, do not use the "Back" button on the tool bar of your
browser as it will reset page and data shall be lost. Use the links and buttons
available on the page to move from one page to another. Further, when you have
completed applying online, close all the open browser windows.
6. Application for Admission has to be filled and submitted online only.
7. Payment mode for registration can be :
CREDIT CARDS / DEBIT CARDS ( ATM CARD ) / NET BANKING
8. Application Fee for Nursery Rs. 200/-
9. Any mistake done by the applicant is at his/her own risk. Admission committee
will not entertain any queries in this regard.
10. After final submission of the form, the applicant must save the pdf file and take a
print out of the same. Latest Pass port size Photograph of the child must be affixed
and the form must be submitted in the school on the specified dates alongwith the
enclosures mentioned below
Enclosure to be attached:

 Photo Copy of the Date of Birth Certificate from Notified

Area Committee/B.D.O. (Please bring Original for
Verification)
 Photocopy of the Medical Card/Hospital Slip for wards of
Tata Motors/TTL/TRF/Timken/Cummins.
 Copy of Caste Certificate, if applicable.
 Copy of the payment receipt through SBI collect

A) Submission of Admission Forms 4TH DECEMBER 2018 and
5TH DECEMBER 2018

B) Eligibility age Born between 1.4.2015 and 31.3.2016

C) Enclosure to be attached:

 Photo Copy of the Date of Birth Certificate from Notified Area Committee/B.D.O.
(Please bring Original for Verification)
 Photocopy of the Medical Card/Hospital Slip for wards of Tata
Motors/TTL/TRF/Timken/Cummins.
 Copy of Caste Certificate, if applicable.
 Copy of the payment receipt through SBI collect

D) Application Forms from the wards of Non- Employees will also be considered.

P.S : Please refrain from approaches that will lead to disqualification of your ward.
