Energy Healing Exercises

Dry Bathing
1. Place your right hand on your left shoulder.
2. Stroke down your chest, across your stomach and end at the right hip.
3. Do the same on the other side.
4. Repeat step #2.
5. Extend your left arm.
6. Place our right hand on your left shoulder.
7. Stroke down your arm all the way to the hand and finger tips. Then fling your right hand out into
the air as though you are throwing away any negative energy.
8. Do the same with the right arm.
9. Repeat the stroke down the left arm again.

Opening the Palm and Finger Chakras


Imagine a light moving down from the universe moving in through your crown chakra
Feel the energy flow down your face, down your neck, down the right shoulder and down the arm and
filling your thumb and then your entire hand.
Now imagine at the center of your palm, a point, like a faucet. Turn on the faucet and let the energy flow
freely out of your palm. Now focus on your thumb. Turn on the faucet and let the energy flow freely from
your thumb. Repeat with remaining fingers.
Repeat on the left side, starting at the shoulder.
Making a Reiki Chi Ball
Hold the hands in front of the chest, palms facing each other and in front of the chest. Focus or intend that
you are connected to the Reiki. Your hands will get warm. Think of the Reiki flowing into the hands, and
then continue to let them come farther apart until they are about a 12 inches (26cm) apart. Hold this and
let it fill with the Reiki energy. When done move the hands to the outside of the ball and pull it into
yourself letting it fill you with the energy.
Finger Sweeping Exericise
Place your hands out in front of you, somewhat less than a foot apart, with palms flat and facing each
other, fingers together. Call in the energy, as you learned to do in the exercise above (to sensitize your
hands). Now turn one hand, and bend the wrist so that the palm of that hand points towards you, and the
fingertips of that hand point towards the open palm of the other hand, and “sweep” these fingers across
the open palm slowly, with finger-tips about 3 or 4 inches away from the opposite palm. Try sweeping
one finger, or a few. What sensation do you feel in your other hand as you do this? Try sweeping the
fingertips across the opposite palm in different positions. The sensation will be subtle. You are sensing
the energy field emanating from your fingertips as it sweeps across your other hand. Repeat this exercise
a few times a day to become accustomed to sensing the aura energy. It may take a little practice.
