August Association Meeting Minutes
Meeting called to order by President Pat McCormick at 7:00 pm.
2019 Board Members
and Committees
Board members present were Pat McCormick, Jeff Eberhart, Mark Sims, Chad
Courtney, Karen Cameron, Loren Broadus, and Judy Hadsall.
Board of Directors
Hadsall moved and Cameron seconded to approve minutes from the June
meeting. Motion passed. Pat McCormick, President (2020) 343-2902

Keypad pedestal will be replaced on August 16, 2019.
Pool will close Monday at 9:00 pm of Labor Day and will be open Sept 7 and
8 and 14 and 15.
Directory update: Cameron advises she is updating the directory as people
move in and out of the neighborhood.
Please call any board member with any concerns
you may have about the neighborhood.
2019 Neighborhood Volunteers
Architectural Committee: Tom Beckley, Stu
Stenger. Jeff Eberhart, and Pat McCormick

Landscaping: Association is accepting bids to maintain flower beds over the
winter months.
Water irrigation systems in detention areas are being worked on and work has
been impeded by repairing leaks in the system.
Newsletter: Karen Cameron will be the new newsletter editor.
New resident’s information has been requested to be added to
upcoming newsletters.
Printed copies are available by request. The newsletter is online.
