Start: In early 1990 s, according to the actual situation in China, the founder had aware of difficult in meter reading and charging would
long plagued electricity administration department. And the most simple solution and effective way is to implement "prepayment for electricity",
user had to buy first and then can use. Then start researching the first generation of prepayment electronic meter and charge management
system.
Explore: After years of developing, we launched the first generation of "RADARKING" prepayment electronic meter and its charge
administrative system in mid 90s. We formulated relevant enterprise standards, and got license for manufacturing meter.
Business: In early 2000, along with the founding of WUHAN RADARKING ELECTRONCIS CO., LTD, it becomes professional manufacture
in meters, the mainly products including smart meter, multi function electricity meter, multi tariff electricity meter, static watt hour meter, IC card
prepayment energy meter, IC card smart water meter, meter reading system and etc. It is fast developing.
Development: The new manufacturing base and searching center have been set up in 2011, in Huangjinkou Industrial Park, which means
we have entered into another step. Now annual production can reach 6,000,000 sets, and there is more space for our growth. The shareholding
reform has been finished in May, 2014. And public listing in New Three Board in 2014. The Company would bring IPO to success in 5 years. 01

Test: We have electronic meter laboratory and full range of test equipments, such as EMC Equipment
(ESD, EFTB, SURGE, RF, Attenuation Oscillasion Impulse, DIP, Impulse Current, Pulsed Voltage and etc),
Environmental Test Equipment (Alternating Temperature Humidity Test Chamber, Dust Test Devices,
Waterproof Test Device, Shock Test Device, Vibration Test Device and etc), R&D Testing Equipment. We
make a variety of electronic meters in accordance with the test and develop our test documents to ensure the
quality of the products.

Environment: Our production base covers an area of 30 acres, and self-building workshop covers
an area of 7000 square meters, production and storage area covers more than 5000 square meters. We are
planing to build the 20,000 square meters of the workshop and employee dormitory, and realize the unified
management of the external environment of workshop.
