MOTION FOR SATISFACTION OF JUDGMENT

Accused through the Public Attorney’s Office unto this Honorable
Court, most respectfully states that:

1.)Pursuant to Plea-Bargaining Agreement, the Honorable Court

promulgated a decision, the dispositive portion of which states,
to wit:

2.)The accused ____ has completely complied with the satisfaction

of the said decision. He has completed his rehabilitation program
and paid the penalty of fine. A copy of Certification and receipts
are hereto attached as Annex _____.

3.)That in order for the accused to be cleared from any and all
responsibilities anent the above-entitled case, hence, this motion
for the closure and termination of the case

4.)This motion is filed in good faith.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully

prayed unto the Honorable Court, that an Order be issued to
consider the instant case closed and terminated by reason of the
full satisfaction of judgment.

Other reliefs, just and equitable are likewise prayed for.
