CO TERMS AND CONDITIONS (Draft)

1. Handmaid.co will provide the Services with reasonable care and skill
2. As much as possible, we will assign one (1) deaf cleaner
3. We require to be informed of items or surfaces needing special care
4. Customer understands to use caution when walking on damp floors and will not hold
HandMaid.co liable for any accidents that may occur.
5. While we take every precaution to care for your home, we are not responsible for normal wear
and tear such as minor scratches, dents and scuffs that might result from service.
6. Cleaning of outside windows are not included. Cleaning is only limited to those areas which are
reachable.
7. Payments should be made directly to the cleaners.
8. Cleaning time is only for a period of TWO (2) hours.
9. Any works done beyond the Two-hour period shall be charged P____ per hour.
10. Giving tips to the cleaners are only OPTIONAL.
11. We do not provide cash refunds.
12. We are not responsible for any damage or loss due to fault and/or improper installation of any
item
13. As much as possible we require the presence of the unit owner during the cleaning

Note:

1. We will provide basic cleaning materials such as, mop, brush etc. (Additional materials shall be
charged accordingly)
2. Vacuum cleaners is upon request of the customer.
3. We only cater services for BGC and Makati area subject to location and availability.
4. Transportation if outside BGC shall be shouldered by the customer.
5. If services will be conducted in Makati, an additional fee of P200 shall be paid for transportation.
