Name of bussines is khaadi. The products which is sell are in wide range such as kids cloths coushion
covers bathroom casual cloths formal cloths. The products of khadi sold in Pakistan are beauty pruducts
such as khadi natural herbal amla bhringraj shampoo, khadi herbal amla and reetha shampoo etc. Cloths
such as digital printed kurta , embroidered kurta etc. Khaadi products sold in UAE are Etheric shikakai
powder-herbal shampoo, Khaas semi formal cloths , semi formal kurta , embroidered cambric kurta ,
embroidered stole. SWOT analysis of khadi in Pakistan strengths: has personal service, customer
enquiry, brand name. Weakness : lots of competitors, cost structure. Opportunities : e commerce, new
markets to explore. Threats : price, cloths stain easily. Pest analysis. Political. Democratic representative,
stable foreign policy, involvement in many global innitiaves. ECONOMICS: service sector contribution is
66%of gdp , Free trade agreements. SOCIAL: there is a large gap in different social classes.
TECHNOLOGY: a lot of progress in Research and development, increase in the numbers of scientist. Main
Competitors of Khaadi Motifz which is lead by ceo Hassan Ahmed Khan. In order to improve khadi it
must start to expand internationally which can be done by fully utilizing the internet presence it has,
promoting its cloths and other products at international stage , rise the quality of its products. In
conclusion khaadi is one of the leading brands in textile industry of Pakistan with a wise base of products
to sell, it has an increasing amount of presence in other nations such as UAE and USA however as khaadi
was found in 1998 its still quite a new business and therefore has room to grow at both international
and national level.

Dawlance is a business that is proficient in the production of home appliances in Pakistan and abroad. Its
products include refrigerators and freezers in Pakistan and middle east(Dubai). Swot analysis of
dawlance. STRENGTH: Has good distribution channel in Pakistan(16 in total), it has very talented staff,
low turn over, exceptional performance and product quality. WEAKNESS: increased losses due to
increase in wage rate, motivation levels of managers is low, high technological competition from multi
national companies. OPPORTUNITIES: has the potential to expand through online branding, no online
competition in Pakistan. THREATS: no proper scanning and security process, high tax rates, low barriers
to entry. PEST analysis: Political: dawlance needs to look very carefully at the government policies
regarding import and export and tax rates(mostly rising). ECONOMICAL: Due to rising income of people
dawlance has the opportunity to rise its market share and presently has a huge contribution in nations
GDP. SOCIAL: dawlance needs to understand the social patterns of Pakistani people and introduce
designs that are socially acceptable by people. TECHNOLOGICAL: Dawlance should try to switch to more
modern procedures in the production of its appliances and s its operations are in a few countries its easy
to focus R&D. Dawlance competitors are orient, PEL, Sony, LG. In conclusion dawlance is one of the
leading home appliance brands in Pakistan with a proven manufacturing capabilities and has good
finance.
