CARLTON HARDMAN, AND LISA HARDMAN

Plaintiff Federal Trade Commission (“Commission”) respectfully submits the attached

proposed Stipulated Order for Permanent Injunction and Monetary Judgment against Defendants

AdvoCare International, L.P., and Brian Connolly and the attached Stipulated Order for

Permanent Injunction and Monetary Judgment against Defendants Carlton Hardman and Lisa

Hardman (together, the “Stipulated Final Judgments”). The Stipulated Final Judgments were

signed by the respective Defendants and approved by the Commission. Plaintiff asks that this

Court enter the Stipulated Final Judgments.
