EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The organizational study was done at Desert Line Projects, Doha - Qatar for a duration of one month
that is from 15TH March 2019 to 15TH April 2019. Desert Line Group was established in the year
2004. Desert Line Group was selected for this study because it is one of the top three organization
in Qatar.

The main objectives of the study were to understand the structure and management of the
organization, its products and to obtain information about the various functional departments. The
study also attempts to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the organization.

Desert Line Group was established with the preliminary vision to be the market leader by providing
engineering caliber to the clients through Commitment and Expert Personnel, Products and Services.
Desert Line has been ensuring its solid presence in various on-going projects and is fully equipped
to meet the rising demands of the booming nation.

During the study it is observed that Desert Line maintains a good industrial relation and there is a
greater corporation between management and employees. The study gave me practical information
of the actual functioning of an organization
