DATA ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETATION

The responses to the questions are summarised in the tables below, of which some consist
of a maximum of 118 responses.

Interpretation:
Out of 118 responses in our survey, 74.6% are male and 25.4% are female.

Interpretation:
Out of 118 responses in our survey, 41.5% belongs to Spply Chain Management
Department and 58.5% belongs to Marketing management Department.
Question 1) How often do you receive the indent from individual CFAs?

Interpretation:
Among 118 responses 19.7% responders think that the indent is received once a month ,
68.4% responders think that the indent is received twice a month, 10.3% responders think
that the indent is received trice a month 7.7% responders do not know when the indent is
collected.

Among 118 responses 20.3% responders very satisfied with the reliability of indent given
by CFA, 36.4% responders satisfied with the reliability of indent given by CFA. 28%
responders averagely satisfied with the reliability of indent given by CFA. 11.9%
responders dis-satisfied with the reliability of indent given by CFA. 3.4% responders very
dis-satisfied with the reliability of indent given by CFA.

Among 118 responses 17.8% responders very satisfied with the Product Allocation

In this the questioner has used the mixed scale in which along with choosing the
distribution channel the responder has rate that particular distribution too on the 5-point
scale basis.

Out of 118 responders 68 responders feel very satisfied with the services provided by
company’s CFAs, 70 responders feel satisfied with the services provided by company’s
stockists, only 58 responders feel satisfied with the services provided by company’s semi-
stockists and wholesalers, 51 responders feel very satisfied with the services provided by
retailers.

agree that reach of stockist to the customer is the point of failure for the company, 52
responders agree that working capital constraints are the point of failures for the company,
57 responders agree that lack of awareness about the drug is the point of failure for the
company

Among 118 responses 60 responders strongly agree that the conflict of resource allocation
is one of the strong challenges among all the other challenges related to efficiency , 69
responders agree that the month end sale skew is the strongest challenges among all the
other challenges related to efficiency, 49 responders agree that trade hygiene issue is one
of the challenges related to efficiency , 50 responders agree that motivation issues among
field workers is one challenges related to efficiency, 48 responders agree that higher
inventory carrying cost is a challenge related to efficiency .

Among 118 responses 10.2% responders believe that it takes only one day for a company
to deliver the product to stockist once the order gets placed, 28.8% responders believe that
it takes at least 2 days for a company to deliver the product to stockist once the order gets
placed, 54.2% responders believe that company delivers the product within a week to
stockist once the order gets placed, rest believe it takes more tan a week to deliver the
product.

and academic performance of MBA students
