Additionally, some amendments to your training program in
part two would have displayed a deeper understanding of
the learning outcomes of the task and how utilizing training
zones can help you meet the physical activity guidelines for
people in your age group.

You may wish to discuss health and skill related fitness components and chronic
adaptations to training.
By me doing Physical exercise it will/have made my health and body weight in a very
good condition which is good for when I’m older as it is strengthening my heart which
will prevent heart attacks and other heart/health problems. Also, for me doing these
exercises which burns calories and the energy what food contains. Which I have found
that since I’ve burnt that energy that you are suppose to burn off with physical
exercise I am having a better sleep time/experience. Which is making my morning a
lot better as I am no longer still tired in the morning because my body has fully
