IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
Candidate must print the Admit Card on Laser Printers (and not on Inkjet printers). Also, the candidate must preserve the Admit
Card (used during the examination) till the entire process of admission is complete.
Please check carefully your Name, Photo, Category, Date of birth, Gender, etc., printed on the Admit Card. In case of any discrepancy in
any entry, send an email IMMEDIATELY to contact.nimcet@nitk.edu.in with the subject line: Discrepancy in Admit card (Hall Ticket No:).
Candidate should bring good quality blue or black ball point pens for the examination to mark on OMR sheet. Candidate must
follow the instructions strictly as contained in the Question Booklet and the OMR sheet.
Candidate must bring the original copy of Aadhar Card (which has been mentioned in the Application form).
Calculators, mobile, log tables, calculating devices, pagers and other communication devices, slide rules, geometry box and
textual material etc. are not allowed inside the examination hall..
Candidates should occupy their seats in the examination hall by 9.15 a.m on 26-05- 2019. Candidates will not be allowed to enter the
examination hall after 10.30 a.m on 26-05- 2019.
No candidate shall be allowed to leave the examination hall before 12 noon and without handing over the OMR sheet to the
invigilator concerned..
On completion of the test, candidate must handover the OMR Sheet to the invigilator, retaining the carbon copy of the OMR sheet and the
question booklet.
All rough work should be done in the Question Booklet only. The candidate should NOT do any rough work or put any stray marks
on the OMR Sheet.
Any infringement of the instructions shall entail disciplinary action.
This Admit card is issued provisionally to the candidate subject to his/her satisfying the eligibility conditions as given in section 2.0 of
Information Brochure.
Candidate should regularly visit NIMCET 2019 website https://www.nimcet.in and also check registered email id, mobile no. regularly till the
completion of final round of counselling.
