ANNOUNCEMENTS
1) Adult Sabbath School teachers: Following the service today,
all Adult teachers are asked to meet approximately ten
minutes on the organ side of the church.
2) The Friends of Jesus Adventurer Club meets this afternoon,
from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. All families with children ages 4
years old to 9 years old are welcome!
3) Pathfinders meeting today 6-8:00 p.m.
4) Please join an interactive Study of God's Word this
afternoon, after lunch at 2:30 p.m. Topics will vary based on
interest, Bible reading and an expansion of the Sabbath
School weekly study.
5) Are you seeking to improve your walk with God and would
like a team of fellow growing Christians to assist you along
your journey? Every Wednesday @ 7:00PM.
6) Parents with Children: The Mother’s room is available for
parents with infants and toddlers. Resources in the room is
not available to your child(ren)
7) Security Reminder - Parents and guardians please be aware
of your child/children whereabouts in church. Your
child(ren) MUST always BE in your company.
8) October is Pastor Appreciation Month! Everyone is
encouraged to pray for Pastor Atencio and his family, and to
honor them with acts of kindness.
9) October 6 – Women’s Ministry breakfast at Lo’s residence, 38
Rostherne Crescent at 10:00am. Topic: Strong Women in the
Bible
10) October 7 – Church Board meeting at 7:00 p.m. Please note
that the usual 2nd Monday Church Board Meeting is
scheduled for the 1st Monday of October as an adjustment for
the Thanksgiving weekend.
Maphosa, Faith Maphosa's
mom died in South Africa on
September 29. The
Maphosa-Onyango family
has traveled for the funeral.

12) October 8 - If you are over
55 years old, or have friends who are over 55 and would like
to join our Golden Agers for a buffet lunch at The Elm Hurst
Inn, 415 Harris St, Ingersoll.
We will meet there at 11:30 AM. For more information please
talk to Don Topper or Adrien Intering. A Sign Up sheet is
available in the foyer, please sign by Sep. 29th, Vegan options
which must be preordered when you sign up.
13) October 9 - Monthly Open House Community Service from 4
to 7 pm. Setting up is done on Tuesday evening starting at 5
pm. Volunteers are needed for both dates. Please speak to
Teresa Ferreira or any member of the Community Services
Team for more details.
14) October 15 - A group of seniors from Mississauga will be
giving an eukelee recital for the seniors in London at the
North London Adventist Church, 800 Fleet Street at 11:30 am
Lunch also be provided for everyone attending.
15) Make a Joyful Noise!!! Come and raise your voice in song;
Choir Practices resume this fall at a new day and time.
Practices will now be Sabbath at 3:30 pm every other week!
The first practice will be October 19th. New members

16) Community Service is in need of 5oo packages for the
homeless. Donations of toiletries, socks, gloves/hats and
other food items are welcomed. Please see list in foyer or
speak to Teresa Ferreira or any member of the Community
Services Team for more detail.
17) Treasury - Church Giving Made Easy. A debit terminal is Sermon Notes
available in the church foyer for your convenience in giving.
Your ongoing faithful financial support to the church is

18) Should you require a pastoral visit at home or in hospital,

please let Pastor Atencio know. The elders and SEVENTH-DAY ADVENTIST CHURCH
deacons/deaconesses are also available to visit and pray with
