The Management of Espasyo recognizes that while achieving their business goals and

objectives, they will be responsible for its corporate social responsibility. Being socially

responsible means that the conduct of individual as well as organizations and institutions must

be ethical and perceptive as regards to social, environmental, and economic issues. Striving for

social responsibility assists individuals, institutions, and the government to have a positive

impact on progress and growth, business and society with a favorable contribution to realistic

results.

The business aims to help the society, the environment, the government, its suppliers,

customers and employees. The business will be accountable in supporting its core values and

will implement policy guidelines not only to the benefit of the firm but also towards realizing

the worth of establishing a warehousing business that would largely contribute to the

sustainable socio-economic development of the country.

Warehouses are becoming an essential infrastructure in businesses. Huge amounts of

inventory are stored in warehouses of businesses to serve the dynamic needs of the society of

various products. Beyond the basic purpose of warehouses to provide space and accessibility to

RELATIONSHIP TOWARDS THE GOVERNMENT

Espasyo is committed to conducting business ethically, honestly, and in full compliance

with laws, rules and regulations within the country. The business is deemed to serve as a great

contribution to the government’s effort in raising revenues for its functions. These shall be in

the forms of business tax, income tax, real property tax, permits, licenses, and other fees prior

to and during operation.

Customer is the foundation of any business' success. Developing closer relationship with

customer is necessary to increase customer loyalty and to develop a strong brand and good

word of mouth in the market. Espasyo aims to provide the most efficient service to it’s client

and build long-term relationship. Espasyo ensures a greater customer satisfaction and increase

its long-term goal of repeat business.

RELATIONSHIP TOWARDS ITS EMPLOYEES

Maintaining a solid relationship with the entity's staff increases employee morale and

helps reduce employee turnover. In order for Espasyo to be prosperous, it will motivate its staff

and build successful relationships with them. The entity will ensure that workers will feel vital

to the entity's success, stay engaged and their firsthand experience could provide fresh insight.

As to the training, one of the most beneficial way of training warehouse employees is

the time tested method of learning by doing, showing and telling the trainee, then having the

trainee do the task. This method prompts immediate rewards and show where further

instruction is needed.

Overall, the entity will provide outstanding, consistent staff training and development

environment which ensures that management, leadership, executive, and service teams have

the adequate resources and depth of knowledge in providing top notch service within the

culture and principles of the business.

ENVIRONMENTAL ASPECT

A focus on the environment affects the decisions people make every day. Espasyo will

help reduce the need of businesses to transport their products all the time, hence it lessens the

emission of transport vehicles. Lessening transportation is an important part of the entity's

overall business culture and this attitude also directs our journey towards environmental

sustainability in view of preserving the world for generations to come.

Espasyo is responsible in promoting environmental proper waste disposal, energy

conservation and cleanliness. The 3Rs is a principle for efforts to build a recycling-based society.

It stands for "reducing" the volume of wastes generated, "reusing" materials whenever possible

and "recycling" used products as resources. At Espasyo Warehouse we do our best to reduce

waste as well as sort paper and other waste generated in our office and warehouse units for

easy recycling.

The Espasyo management will continue to expand its 3Rs initiative, which pledges to

"reduce" generated waste, "reuse" waste as much as possible, and "recycle" waste, forming

renewed resources to the best of our abilities.
