AFFIDAVIT OF TWO (2) DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, ADRIAN GONZAGA ISOTO and DEXTER RYAN SATO LABADOR, both of legal age, Filipinos,
and residents of Consolacion, Cebu, after having been sworn to in accordance with law, hereby jointly depose and
state THAT:

1. We personally know MARCELINA JACOT MAGLASANG, also known by her maiden name,
MARCELINA JACOT, hereinafter called “MARCELINA” for brevity.

2. We have personal knowledge of her personal circumstances because she is the godmother of my
(ADRIAN GONZAGA ISOTO’s) wife, Chevrolie Isoto, who is the younger sister of my (DEXTER RYAN SATO
LABADOR’s) wife, Edlee Labador.

3. Based on the documents shown to us, it appears that (A) in the Philippine Passport with No.
EC1183644 valid until 21 May 2019 of MARCELINA, her name appears therein as MARCELINA JACOT
MAGLASANG, while (B) in her U.S. Permanent Resident Card with No. A# 098-089-417, her name appears
therein as MARCELINA JACOT.

4. We personally know that (A) the MARCELINA JACOT MAGLASANG who appears in the
aforementioned Philippine Passport, and (B) the MARCELINA JACOT who appears in the said U.S. Permanent
Resident Card; are one and the same person and the one whom we personally know.

5. We are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing declarations and that the same
are true to the best of our personal knowledge.
