YBIPTV SUPA APP

PLEASE NOTE THIS APP IS ONLY COMPATIBLE WITH GEN 2 FIRESTICKS AND ABOVE. IF YOUR USING A
GEN 1 FIRESTICK OR A 4K FIRESTICK PLEASE USE THE SMARTERS PRO APP.

STEP 1: Please ensure you have done this on your Firestick.

Go to settings, display a sound, audio...

Depending on the software version you will have on of the following...

Surround sound, then select stereo...

OR

Dolby digital output, then select Dolby digital plus off...

STEP 2: Please install the File Linked App from the App Store on your Amazon Firestick. Once you
have the app please enter the following information.

STEP 3: Follow the prompts to complete your installation and log in with the username and
password provided.

PLEASE NOTE THIS APP WILL WORK ON ALL GEN FIRESTICKS AND 4K FIRESTICKS & ANDROID PHONES

STEP 1: Please install the Downloader app on your Firestick ensure you have Javascript enabled on
the firestick. Once in the Firestick App please enter the following link

STEP 2: Follow the prompts to complete your installation and log in with the username and
password provided.

Once the app opens. Please click RESET DNS

Log in using your username and password provided. Once logged in, press settings, stream format
and change it to MPEGTS. Once you have done this, scroll to the bottom of the settings panel
selecting Player Settings. Please choose one of the following options. Native or Hardware Decoder
and choose whatever is the best option for you. Hardware Decoder is the recommended app of
choice.

MAGBOX

PLEASE NOTE! We’re not currently compatible with ALL MAGBOXES. Please check with your reseller
before you sign up to ensure your MAGBOX will work with our system.
When requesting your trial please provide your admin with your MAC address in a text format.

SAMSUNG & SMART TV

Samsung & LG Smart TVs when you have installed your app please provide your admin with your
MAC address. Your admin will then send the signal directly to your TV. Please send your MAC
address in a text format ensuring no mistakes are made.
