TYPES OF USERS
TEACHER
The teacher will find in a lower left table the meetings pending to be met, on the right
side his modules to be managed, depending on the assignments with the databases.
ADMINSTRATOR
In the case of the administrator user, he / she will be able to access all the
information that is registered in the system, by going through each module he / she
will have the capacity to modify any information.
The visual part of your screen will be the same as the others.
RECTOR
The guiding user will find in the lower left part the programming of his calendar
according to the appointments entered by him or the administrator, in the lower right
part he will be able to see the hyperlinks to go to the specific modules or the search.
In difference with the teachers, the coordinator will be able to visualize the areas of
performance of his division but not modify qualifications, although the reports will
have all the information provided by the teachers to the system..
BUSQUEDA ESPECÍFICA
Upon entering you can find a screen with a superior search area, which will allow you
to search for any student by means of their names or identity document, in the lower
part of it the results will be thrown which can be organized ascending or descending
according to your need in any of the four boxes.
Depending on your type of user, double-clicking on the row of the chosen student will
access the information available to him.
On the left side you will find a tree type menu, in which you can access the options of:
Área (educative).
Subject.
Teachers (if he is administrator or rector).
Students.
Reports.
Área
The subjects are grouped depending on the area of application, for example:
Mathematics, Science, military, etc; but you can only see the areas in which you have
enrolled subjects in the case of the teaching user, by choosing the area you will see
the assigned subjects.
Asignatura
As a teaching user, you can view the subjects in which you are registered as a teacher
and by choosing them you can see the courses enrolled in each subject, at the same
As administrator or rector user, you can view all the information of all teachers.
In the case of coordinators, they will only access their corresponding area.
Teachers
In your administrator or rector user you will find the item to visualize existing
teachers enrolled in the program, by choosing any of them, you can see in an
additional window the courses and assignments, after selecting the course you will
find the list of the students and by selecting the notes entered by that teacher.
Students
In the submenu of students, you will find all the students that have been enrolled, you
can organize in alphabetical order and by enrolled or not, you can find the course in
which you are assigned, by selecting the subjects with the respective teacher's name
will be listed , there will be listed the notes entered by the same.
Reports
Depending on their role, the information that the report shows will not be able to
access reports that do not correspond to their role or the subjects registered in their
user, the reports can be exported to an Excel file to be managed according to the need,
also It can be printed in PDF file for its original validation.
For the modules of students, teachers and reports, the operation is the same
explained in the submenu of each one.
In this module you can generate the corresponding reports to your user, in the case of
the image we have the example of the qualifications, we see the bulletin to be able to
generate the reports of a teacher with all the bulletins in flat file or of a specific
student depending on the role that is enabled.
