The graduating BS Accountancy students of Mindanao State University – General Santos City
currently enrolled in the subject Auditing has to undergo a simulation of auditing process in any
partner institution. This academic requirement aims to substantially expose the students to
practical application of auditing concepts and help them build skills and competence and to be
industry-ready accountants.

May we request that you allow the following students to conduct interviews of your company:

2. Hyacinth Dianne M. Ca-as
3. Frenzie Dionne R. Escalada

Their interview will only focus on understanding the company, its business processes and how
they are captured and reported in the financial statements. This is a critical step in any audit
conducted in accordance with the international standards. This interview will be conducted
within September 30 to October 9.

Furthermore, the output of this academic exercise will be presented to and critiqued by the
graduating class together with their adviser. A copy of their output will be given to you which you
may utilize in any way you see fit.
