The Rosicrucian Teaching

The Rosicrucian Fellowship is composed of men and women who study the
Rosicrucian Philosophy known as the Western Wisdom Teachings as
presented in The Rosicrucian Cosmo-Conception. This Christian Mystic
Philosophy presents deep insights into the Christian Mysteries and
establishes a meeting ground for Art, Religion, and Science. Max Heindel
was selected by the Elder Brothers of the Rose Cross to publicly give out the
Western Wisdom Teachings in order to help prepare mankind for the coming
age of Universal Brotherhood, the Age of Aquarius.

The work of the Rosicrucian Fellowship is to

spread the gospel and heal the sick. This is
achieved by making the Western Wisdom
Teachings available to all who are willing to
receive them, by providing a Healing Department
which emphasizes spiritual healing along the
principles of right living, and by making The
Rosicrucian Fellowship books and home study
courses available upon request.

Esoteric Christian Philosophy using the basic
Cosmo-Conception may be
read online or downloaded
textbook, The Rosicrucian Cosmo-Conception; a
as an e-book. Bible study course that helps to bring a better
understanding of the satisfying truths contained
in the Bible; and studies in Spiritual Astrology as a key to the Spirit,
designed toward spiritual development and self-knowledge, as well as
an aid to healing through Astro-Diagnosis.

One of the basic conditions on which the Western Wisdom Teachings

were given to Max Heindel was that no price should be put on them.
This condition was faithfully observed by Mr. Heindel and is still
adhered to. Although the Rosicrucian Fellowship books are sold, the
services of our Healing Department, the Correspondence Courses,
and the various School activities continue to be offered on a free-will
love-offering basis. The Rosicrucian Fellowship has no connection with
any other organization. There are no membership dues or fees.

 The Sacred Word and Its Creative Overtones: Relating Religion
and Science Through Music

This is a beautiful book. I actually knew Robert Lewis, the author of this book
(he has since made his transition into the Great Beyond).
I am a registered music therapist, and this book covers a lot of the things music
can do that were never discussed in college when I was getting my music therapy
degree.
This is about the hidden side of music. Essentially, the premise of the book is
this: In the beginning, when God said, "Let there be light," the act of God talking was
actually a musical utterance. That musical utterance was the fundamental of [a] tone,
and all creation spreading out from it was all the overtones from that fundamental tone.
In other words, the harmonic series (a part of physics and acoustics in science) was the
underlying structure that allowed all creation to unfold in the universe.
Robert Lewis was a trumpet player, and no musicians understand the harmonic
series as thoroughly as brass players. This book takes the harmonic series through the
series of creation, and it supports the axiom "As Above, So Below" (and vice versa) and
helps us understand the vital role of music in all creation.
It's a lovely book, quite affordable, worth reading many times over. If you enjoy
spiritual topics, this book will inform and delight you.
The more you understand music, especially if you can read music and play an
instrument, the more you will get out of this book.
If you don't read music, you can still get through a lot of this book. This book is
about esoteric spirituality and the hidden side of physical life. Robert Lewis was a
member of the Rosicrucian Fellowship.

Rays from the Rose Cross is a Christian esoteric magazine established in June 1913 by
Max Heindel, author of The Rosicrucian Cosmo-Conception and founder of The
Rosicrucian Fellowship; its original name was Echoes from Mount Ecclesia. It is issued
bimonthly by The Rosicrucian Fellowship in the United States. Its publication has stopped
in May/April 2004; however, there is expectation that it may start being issued once again
in future times.
It contains articles on themes as Esoteric Christianity, Astrology, Philosophy, History, Science,
Health, Nutrition, Social issues, etc.
