I find myself lacking in areas of Learning To do and Learning to be. In the Area “ Learning To do” , I can learn theories, principles and receptive to new ideas and trends in teaching, however, I am lacking in finding practical applications of my teachings. I feel that my effort is not enough in preparing my children to the real world. While, in Learning to be, I need to enhance my creativity and imagination to make my teachings attractive to students. I have to improve myself and my personality to adapt to the demands of the 21st century classroom.
