JOB DESCRIPTION

President
Chief Executive Officer –
the highest-ranking person in a company or other institution,
ultimately responsible for making managerial decisions.
The typical duties, responsibilities and job description of a
CEO include: Communicating, on behalf of the company, with
shareholders, government entities, and the public. Leading the
development of the company's short- and long-term strategy.
Creating and implementing the company or organization's vision
and mission.
Vice President
Sales and Marketing –
Sales include “operations and activities involved in promoting
and selling goods or services.” Marketing includes “the process
or technique of promoting, selling, and distributing a product or
service.”
Finance and Accounting –
Often keeps records of financial statements, supervises tax
payments and maintains accounts. Financial accountants may
work extensively with technology to compute, maintain and
classify financial records
Manufacturing –
Manufacturing is the production of products for use or sale using
labor and machines, tools, chemical and biological processing,
or formulation, and is the essence of secondary industry.

Marketing –
Marketing executives develop and oversee marketing campaigns
to promote products and services. The role of a marketing
executive can encompass creative, analytical, digital,
commercial and administrative responsibilities. The details of
the role will vary depending on the type and size of employer, as
well as the industry. Executives are likely to work closely with
other employees in areas such as advertising, market research,
production, sales and distribution.
Sales –
Sales Representatives sells products, goods, and services to
customers. Sales Representatives are responsible for finding and
engaging with new customers through referrals, networking, and
cold calling.
Purchasing –
Purchasing is responsible for the procurement process. This
means it ensures the supply of goods, production materials and
equipment so that a smooth production and sales process can
take place. For this, goods must be procured at the right time, in
the right quantity, and of the right quantity
Production –
Production is the functional area responsible for turning inputs
into finished outputs through a series of production process.
The Production Manager is responsible for making sure that raw
materials are provided and made into finished goods effectively.
Distribution –
distribution manager’s key task is to organize the safe and
efficient storage and distribution of goods, and to ensure that
orders are fulfilled (carried out) correctly. There's some overlap
with the position of warehouse manager, although logistics
managers work on a more macro-level – analysing logistical
problems and planning transportation routes for vehicles
carrying goods, for example.
