We think school is cool!
Please keep in mind that we will be out of school next week for Fall Break. Your
children will return to school on Monday, October 14. I hope that you and your
children have a very enjoyable Fall Break!
Assignment Book
Each first grader will receive an
assignment book when we return
from Fall Break. This assignment
book will be used for writing
down homework each day and
will help teach responsibility and
organization. Please look at your
child’s assignment book each
evening and initial in the
appropriate place.
Fall Break
Field Trip
Both first grade classes are going
on a field trip to Playhouse on the
Square to see Peter Pan on
Tuesday, December 3. A field
trip note with more details will
be sent home when we return
from Fall Break. Please be
thinking about whether or not
you would like to go with us as a
chaperone. We ask that you limit
chaperones to one per child.
