Publicity Committee

Publicity Team is responsible for disseminating information as well as encouraging the public to
attend the activities organized by the IARFA-SC. Committee members must have good
communication skills and a great personality as the team helps to promote projects, seminars,
and events through conveying efficient and effective announcements in both oral and written
methods.

Legal Affairs Committee

Supplies aid to the Vice President by implementing, advocating, corroborating legal issues for
the institute. Initiates rule improvements or suggestions through descriptive or associational
research. They also gather student concerns and/or complaints about the institute thru the
Student Helping Desk (SHED) and relays it to the officer/s concerned.

Marketing and Sponsorship Committee

Marketing and Sponsorship team is responsible for leading all phrases of the sponsorship
program. It involves the responsibilities for developing a marketing plan for the possible
sponsors to support the events of Me IARFA. The marketing and sponsorship team manages all
sponsorship activities includes the sponsors follow-up and support. Contacting and meeting for
the potential sponsor, creating partnership proposals and so on.

Creatives Committee
A Graphic Designer's task is to create templates, layouts and designs which will be used by the
IARFA-SC for publishing, printing and presenting to the students to create awareness of said
event. You must be efficient in editing programs such as Photoshop, illustrator and in design.
A Video Editor task is to edit and create a film for video project plans, publicity and
announcements for any upcoming events

Sports and Recreational Committee

The sports and recreational committee is responsible in providing proper information to
participating teams including time, schedule and other important matters necessary to game
events, assuring that it will be well disseminated. The committee is also responsible in assuring
that there will be enough equipment as needed by the teams and the officials, and that this
equipment is always ready to be utilized. And this committee will also coordinate with the non-
academic organizations of IARFA (One Day Plate and Pastorale) if they are involved in any
activities or programs, this committee will disseminate all the information needed by the
organizations.

Logistics Committee
The Logistics committee is responsible to mandate and monitor activities that the IARFA-SC will
conduct. They are also responsible to be an event official and help the IARFA-SC to organize
different events and activities. This committee is also responsible for the materials and
equipment needed for every event.
Internal Affairs Committee
Internal Affairs is the one in charge of various activities and concerns within the institute. The
goal of Internal Affairs is to serve as the liaison between the organization and the office, and
the organization’s members to ensure that the solidarity and integrity of organization is
maintained through monitoring all internal issues and events within. It is responsible as well in
advocating new policies, programs or services for the proper development of the organization
and institute.

External Affairs Committee

External Affairs is in charge of devising and implementing external communications plans that
help deliver the organization's strategy. They are also responsible to attend seminars outside
the institution to keep the IARFA SC updated about different matters inside the University.

Documentation Committee
Documentation team is responsible for documenting sorts of events, activities, exhibits, and
seminars held by IARFA Student Council by providing official information that serves as a record
through taking photographs, videos/video clips, and making narrative reports. Therefore, it has
three classifications - narrative, photography and videography.
