AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

WE, VENCIO I. ABANADOR and PRECILA B. ILAGAN, both of legal

age, Filipinos, and residents of Brgy. Banalo, Lobo, Batangas, after having
been duly sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and state:

That we personally know MINANDRO I. RAMOS since we have been

long time family friends and neighbours since his birth on November 11,
1954, this birth being evidenced by his NSO authenticated birth certificate
attached herewith as “Annex A”;

That in the record of birth of MINANDRO I. RAMOS, his gender was

erroneously entered therein as FEMALE despite the fact that he is a MALE
in person;

That the truth of the matter is that he is a MALE person, and we also
know for a fact that MINANDRO I. RAMOS is the son of spouses ROMAN
RAMOS and GLORIA ILAGAN that the latter is using the gender MALE in all
of his personal, business and legal transactions as evidenced by his
passport issued on October 4, 2017 by PCG JEDDAH attached herewith as
“ANNEX B”;

That we are not in any way interested in any of his transactions that
may be affected by this discrepancy;

That we are executing this affidavit to prove that RENATO

MINANDRO I. RAMOS appearing on the certificate of live birth attached
herewith is a FEMALE PERSON and MINDANDRO I. RAMOS who is a MALE
person refer to the same and one person;

That we are executing this affidavit to prove the foregoing matters

voluntarily and without any consideration.

IN VIEW THEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this 17th day of
