The Smartpack S panel mounted controllers are usually shipped from factory with
the default CAN bus address "1", as the DIP switches for CAN bus addressing are
350030.013, 2v3-2017-01

not accessible from outside. Notice that the DIP switches are accessible on the
standard Smartpack S controllers, part # 242100.410. Refer to Figure 2 on page
9 and section "CAN Bus Addressing" on page 13.
