 ABSTRACT

The following report is about an Industrial study done by me at Infoziant Systems Pvt
Ltd, Chennai. This study was carried out for a duration of one month. During this time
several areas such as organization structure, roles and responsibilities of various
designation, the recruitment procedures, technical and non-technical skills for each
profile and practices and uniqueness of the IT concern were covered. In addition to the
above mentioned it has also given an exposure to the software industry and has
created an awareness of the same. It has also helped me to understand how to work as
a team and how a coordinated effort at some project contributes greatly to the success
of the company.
