Manage social media accounts, content creation, online & print advertising, merchandise sales &
inventory, group sales, as well as maintaining partnerships with local organizations.
Additional responsibilities include: training 30+ current and incoming employees on new ticketing
system, providing operational assistance, some administrative duties, and project manager of the
Monorail’s Westlake Station way finding and signage update.
Worked on merchandise sales, assisted with group sales, content creation and managed social
media accounts.
Community Service
September 2016 – January 2017
Volunteer | St. Margaret’s Shelter | Spokane, WA
Worked with children on homework and reading activities, and organized donations.
Mentored and led a small group of 9 incoming freshmen, facilitated discussion, and led ice
breakers.
Outreach Worker: Communicated and presented information on Teen Link & youth
resources at school, in the community, and at events around Seattle.
Phone Worker (3 years): Received extensive training on communication skills, dating
violence, homeless youth, drugs & alcohol, grief & loss, suicide, and mental health.
Answered calls and online chats from teens in crisis.
Peer Advisory Board (PAB) Member and Board co-chair (2 years): helped with training
new volunteers, led meetings, and organized events. The PAB also ensures that Teen
Link remains youth-driven and attentive to styles and issues facing young adults.
Organized Teen Link’s Sweet 16 Party, a public event held at the Vera Project. I
booked a local band and procured raffle prizes.
Teen Link is a program of Crisis Connections (formerly known as Crisis Clinic), which is a
peer-to-peer crisis hotline for youth, mainly in King County. Instead of telling people what
to do, Teen Link volunteers focus on positive and self-respecting decisions of the caller.
