When the need of English increases, students tend to find themselves

the suitable English centers on the Internet. In this part, we decided to


compare the marketing strategies of 3 popular centers that UEH students
usually consider: VUS, Yola and KTDC Group to see how their
information effect on the evaluation of students.
In order to approach customers effectively, these 3 centers have use the
Internet to advertise for their company. If you search on their website,
you can easily find lots of information related to the courses, but it is their
information that makes them different in students mind.

the most attractive to UEH students according to the survey. It provides

VUS also has some classes with 100% foreign teachers for people have
higher English level. Similar to VUS, Yola also provides different courses
but all of the classes combined between foreign and native teachers. In
general, these two centers have spent much effort for the marketing on
their website. They have clear and detail information about the courses,
fee, schedule combined with some activities and reviews from their
students. Moreover, they also have good customer service to explain
and give advice for their customers as quickly as possible.
Compared to VUS and Yola, KTDC Group only provides IELTS courses
with 100% foreign teachers, which is more suitable for people have good
English level. Therefore, it may create some difficulties and has limited
choices for students who are not good at English.
Beside, there is also another thing that makes VUS and Yola more
popular is that they have lots of branches in every district while KTDC
Group only has 2 branches in district 1 and Tan Binh district.
Although students can have more information about the courses on the
website, most of them say that they find out these center through
Facebook. As you know, nowadays Facebook is one of the most popular
social networks among young people, especially are students. We use
Facebook everyday to get information and follow different activities of
many organizations. Follow this trend, VUS and Yola have taken full
advantage of facebook for their marketing strategies. They usually post
introduction of new courses, discount, mini games, English activities and
also big events. The way they advertise their center is lively and
attractive. Therefore, they can catch attention from students in an easy
way. On the contrary, KTDC Group also has fanpage on Facebook with
lots of interaction. However, those posts are usually academic so they
just can catch attention from students have interest in English and want
to improve their skills or the ones are studying IELTS. Therefore, the
number of followers is not as much as VUS and Yola.
