I Ms. Punam Tayal W/o Late Sh. Pawan Aggarwal R/o Tanki Road, Gali No-4
Shamli, Muzaffarnager Uttar Pradesh-251001 aged about year, do hereby
solemnly declare and affirm as under:
1. That I am the main applicant of Property bearing no. B12A/1504 at
Supertech Eco village 1 , Greater Noida (West), (hereinafter referred to as
the “said Property”) constructed by M/s Supertech Limited, having its
Registered office at 111, 11th floor, Hemkunt Chambers, 89, Nehru Place,
Delhi- 110019 and also having its corporate office at Supertech House,B-
28-29, Sector- 58, Noida-201307, U.P., India(Hereinafter referred to as the
“developer”) vide allotment letter/ Booking Form dated 03.09.2012 and
have paid a sum of Rs. 22,83,737 (Twenty two Lacs Eighty Three
Thousand Seven Hundred and Thirty Seven Only the details of which are
mentioned herein under :

2. That now due to some personal reason I want to shift my flat from flat no.
B12A/1504 Area 795 Sq. ft.in the project Eco Village 1 to flat no. G5/201
Area 2364 Sq.ft. in the project Eco Village 1,Greater Noida (West) .

3. That I agree to surrender all relevant original documents including but not
limited to booking form dated 03.09.2012, receipts for the payment made,
allotment letter, if, issued, etc. regarding the said property with the
Developer failing which the Developer is at liberty to refuse the transfer.

4. That on the Developer acceding to my request and accordingly transferring

the said property from this flat no. B12A/1504 in Eco Village 1. to this flat
no.G5/201 in the project Eco Village 1. hereby indemnify the Developer for
any loss(s) or consequences that may arise as a result of the above transfer
in favour of the transfer in favour of the Purchaser(s) and I hereby
 undertake that I will make good any loss or damage suffered by the
Developer arising therefrom.
