About what we do:

from its beginning through the past years has been committed and recognized pioneer in the
areas of spiritual development and community leadership in the locality. She continuously responds
to the challenges and demands of our fast changing society as learning institution. Her journey moves
on towards the attainment of the philosophy and objectives.

Statements:

La Consolacion College Valenzuela was formerly St. Jude Academy. Currently having enrollees of 1200
students, and same as other branches since we are still new. And as advised most of our institutes
should be able to cope up with the procedure of our neighboring institutes.

Instances/Issues/Conversations:

La Consolacion College Valenzuela wanted to bring the relationship between peers with a touch
of technology. We wanted to use the internet as a media to bring relationships such as student to
student, student to teacher, teacher to teacher, parent to teachers. Currently our procedure follows a
manual process. Where in most of our paper works, exams and outputs are documented. Same with the
grades and remarks.

Some Cases:

We wanted to have a system where in students will be provided with their own account which
they can use to view grades, lectures/ modules which are uploaded by their assigned teachers, even
short activities. Students may also post inquiries to either the admin, the teachers or their school mates.
That way we can bring the school administration closer to our students.

Teachers can post activities, announcements and grades for their designated classes. They may
also have a session or class meeting through chat. Of open forum.

Parents are also given an account that way they may also monitor the student’s academic
progress. They may also send inquiries regarding different matters which can be read by our school
administrators. They may also open discussions with other parents as well.

Administrators should be given complete control over all the system capabilities. As for the
functions and features we are not yet sure. It would be very helpful if you provide us with insights and
opinion as to how to devise the system we need. It would be very much appreciated.
