MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Memorandum of Agreement is entered into by and between:

______________, of legal age, Filipino, married, with residence and

postal address at Balogo, Sorsogon City, Philippines and hereinafter called
and referred to as the FIRST PARTY; -and-

______________ likewise of legal age, Filipino, single, residing at Brgy

Salog. Sorsogon City, and hereinafter called and referred to as the SECOND
PARTY;

Witnesseth:

Whereas, the FIRST PARTY is a bookkeeper with an office address at

Deniega Bldg. Brgy Salog, Sorsogon City.

Whereas, the SECOND PARTY is the General Manager of Transbiz

Online Marketing OPC and Transbiz Merchandising with business address at
Doloiras Blg. Magsaysay St. Sorsogon City;

NOW, THEREFORE, PARTIES agree:

1. That the First Party shall be the permanent bookkeeper of the

company;

2. That the Second Party shall pay to the First Party a

compensation of Twenty Thousand Pesos (Php20,000.00), to be
paid in every 30th day of the Month.

3. That whenever the First Party attended meetings or render an

extra-services outside of being a bookkeeper the company shall
pay the travel expenses and an additional compensation of One
Thousand Pesos (Php1,000.00) per day. In case the travel is
outside the Bicol region, the per day compensation shall be
Two Thousand Pesos (Php2,000.00) except travel expenses.

4. That the services agreed upon by both parties shall continue to

be in effect, without need of yearly renewal, unless terminated
in writing, by either party, within thirty (30) days before the
intended termination date.

 5. That the FIRST PARTY shall make all the confidential information
undisclosed to the public or other persons either to her family
relatives or not which she learn in the course of the business
transaction such as business strategies, business dealings,
marketing strategies and the like

6. That both parties declare that they have read and fully
understood the contents of this MEMORANDUM OF
AGREEMENT and agree to abide by the terms and conditions
thereof.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set my hand this 24th day

of July, 2019 at Sorsogon City, Philippines.

Before me personally appeared

me to be the same persons who executed the foregoing MEMORANDUM OF
AGREEMENT consisting of two (2) pages, including this page whereon this
acknowledgment is written, and being informed of the contents of said
document, acknowledged before me that they executed the same of their
own free will and deed for the use and purpose therein set forth.
