ENGLISH PROPOSAL

INTRODUCTION:

The Palestinian catastrophe isn’t than known worldwide , although it is one of the
most important disasters in history . everybody everywhere around the world
should know about this catastrophe especially that it hits every religion and
almost every culture around the world . This would be beneficial for Palestinians
to help spread awareness to the world to know about what’s happening there
and get help from the outside and share the knowledge about Palestine and its
culture , this will promote the culture and the majestic history of Palestine , and
change what the biased media tends to show about it.

RESULTS FROM PREVIOUS WORK:

My grandparents where living in Palestine and got forcibly evicted from their own
house while the Israeli forces told them that it would last for about a week and
they could come back to their house ,so that’s what my grandparents did they
took their house keys with them and went. a week had passed by and when my
grandparents asked the Zionists they had told them that their house vanished and
they destroyed it and that they have to leave , with hours of negotiating my
grandfather got caught and held in jail for a month tortured while my
grandmother went with her family to Jordan which was pretty near from there. A
month had passed by and the Zionists freed my grandfather and he went to
Jordan to follow up with the rest of the people who went .

However although this story is sad and powerful there are still people in Palestine
fighting and suffering for their basic rights like to pray in Al-Aqsa mosque and for
their home land to be brought back from Zionists .

OBJECTIVES:

The main goal is to show the world what is Palestine and if other countries start
deleting the name Israel in their globes and maps and use Palestine instead this
would be one of the first steps of success for this project. Even having some
countries to study briefly about Palestinian culture and history in schools from
young ages , especially ( Jordan , Syria , Lebanon , Iraq .. and even gulf countries )
this would teach children the importance of Al-Aqsa mosque to most of the
Abrahamic religions and it would show them how united we can all be. In addition
to that almost every educational and even none educational community has clubs
in them so if schools and universities would create clubs to share about the
Palestinian culture if studying it in their curriculums would be difficult . However
to be slightly positive there are some universities that already have that , for
example Texas A and M university in Qatar has a club called PCC (Palestinian
Cultural Club) that completely satisfies all the goals of this project.

If all of those points listed above where to happen this would significantly show
success to a such project.

SIGNIFICANCE OF PROPOSED WORK :

Palestine’s culture is completely unknown to others especially those living outside

of the middle east , although Palestine’s origin and history generally revolves
around the Abrahamic religions and with so much rich history of this country and
with all the suffering its people go through every day and lack of media coverage
outside the middle east it certainly needs more attention , the world must stand
together against all acts of terrorism and injustice. This project certainly helps in
keep Palestinians under the medias focus.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Creating more clubs in schools and universities , having annual conferences in

major companies , having a specific day each year to be dedicated for raisin
awareness and help the charities there , studying Palestine’s culture and history
and much more things are considered vital for this project.
