INTRODUCCION.

En esta actividad el aprendiz promoverá el desarrollo de actividades físicas como

la prueba de fuerza de brazos, abdominales y flexibilidad, además Adquira
elementos y habilidades que le ayudaran a desarrollar ejercicios acordes a su
capacidad, obteniendo un diagnóstico de cómo se encuentra, también
desarrollaremos unos formatos en donde obtendremos unas preguntas acerca
del estado de salud.

JUSTIFICACION.
 La sociedad en algunos casos esta evade temas de riesgos en el tra-
bajo.
 Nos expones a riegos laborales que no vemos.
 Conocer los riesgos y estado de los aprendices.
 Aquí podremos encontrar un diagnóstico de nuestro estado de salud.

OBJETIVOS.
El objetivo de esta actividad es determinar los riesgos en los cuales nos
enfrentamos cada día y tener un diagnóstico del aprendiz con el fin de prevenir
e identificar las situaciones que afecten la salud en el trabajo, proponiendo
posibles mejoras para no afectar la producción y el rendimiento en la empresa.
