1. PORTFOLIO
 The students will compile the following activity sheets: Day 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9
and 10
 Each activity sheet will be checked by its completeness wherein 10 points is the
highest possible score.
 The total points for the portfolio is 100.
 The portfolio should be checked and returned before the exam.

2. PROBLEM SET
 The teacher will select ahead 5 students who will serve as leader in each group.
 The teacher will divide the class into 5 groups through count off to promote
fairness.
 The total points for the problem set is 100 points.
 The teacher will discuss the following:
 Problem set will be answered by group in a short bond paper (STAPLE
ONLY!).
 YOUR SOLUTIONS SHOULD NOT BE PUT BACK-TO-BACK.
 There must only be one output in each group with the handwritten cover
