I. Objectives:

B. Drill: Wellness Dance Exercise by Hashtag (5 min)

C. Review:
PINOY HENYO
The teacher will divide the class into 5 group and each group will decide to
select 2 members that will compete for the pinoy henyo
D. Motivation:
The teacher will present a video clip about futsal. (https://www.youtube.co

After watching the video, the teacher will ask the following questions:
 What are the moves that you have seen from the video?
 Are you familiar with the moves/games in the video?
 Can you identify so of the move/skills that you saw from the video?
 Who among you can demonstrate the moves/skills that you saw from
the video.
 Can you name the basic skills involve in the game futsal?

E. Lesson Proper

b. The teacher will now led to the discussion of the basic skills in futsal
through powerpoint presentation and video clips.

Direction: Arrange the jumbled words in order to form a word that would

I. Lesson Proper
a. Continuing of the remaining topic which was not able to finish.

1. Analysis:
“Why is it important to know the Referee’s hand signal as a player of
basketball?”
“How can hand signals maintain the essence of a basketball game?”
2. Abstraction: FLASHCARDS
The teacher will flash some pictures and ask the students what hand
signal the picture is referring to.

3. Application: (GROUP WORK)


The teacher will show a short video clip showing the different skills
and hand signals made in the sport and the students will write their
answers on a cardboard. Correct answers will flash after the video clip
ended.

IX. Evaluation: SHORT QUIZ ( Individual)


The students will perform the referee’s hand signals depending on the word that
the teacher will flash in the power point presentation.

X. Assignment: Bring your PE uniform or sports attire in the next meeting.

4. Analysis:
The teacher will play a video clip in which basketball is being played
“ What are the obstacles that you observed in the video?”
“did the players encountered some problem while playing?”
“ if you were the player how will you manage the problems which he
encountered during the play?”

5. Abstraction:
The teacher will ask the students the following questions as a sort of
overall understanding
“What is Basketball?”
“What are the basic skills in playing basketball?”
“ what are the referee’s hand signals? Can you perform it?”
“How can playing basketball help us to become more fit and healthy?

MINI- TEAM SPORT TOURNAMENT
The class will be divided into three. Groups 1 and 2 will play first; group 3 will
officiate the game. Rotate the performance of the different tasks so that
groups will be able to play and officiate.
