Post Bid Clarifications were sent to bidders for evaluating deviations and clarifications raised along with
their technical bid.

The bids were evaluated based on the requirements stated in the Material Requisition and Project
Specifications and bidder’s responses on Post Bid Clarifications (PBC).

The bids were evaluated based on the requirements stated in the Material Requisition and Project
Specifications and bidder’s responses on Post Bid Clarifications (PBC).

3. SCOPE OF SUPPLY

Vendors scope includes manufacturing, testing and packing of (Material) for the in the requisition for
Material.

The design / manufacturing of the Materials shall be in accordance to all specifications, drawings,
procedures, standards and other documents attached with the MR Package and with the best modern
practice and shall be such to facilitate inspection, cleaning, maintenance and repair to ensure satisfactory
operation of the Materials under all service Conditions.

4. TECHNICAL ANALYSYS

During the evaluation process, numbers of clarifications were raised regarding the technical issues related
to the bids. The post bid clarifications exchanged with the bidders and their responses are attached as
Appendix-1, 2, 3.

The bids have been evaluated based on the requirements stated in the Material Requisition and Project
Specifications and bidder’s responses to the clarifications.
