General safety Skilled person should be on side & correct manual
handling techniques. Use PPES & work should be
safe trained on safe work practices
Electrical Isolation permit prevent from any hazardous
electrical accident due to energizetion
Electrical Test cables with approved test equipment o ensure
that cables are electrically dead .implement he lock
out procedure to be implement only by authorized
persons and singed off in the sub-station permit
book.
Electrical Before starting of the work the voltage of the VCU
should be properly isolated.
Fall from height. Lift Ensure 100% tie off tools .cable management to be
failure. Personnel places properly .Authorized person is allowed. Use
injury full body harness.
