1. FCA & Shipping. Prices are based on FCA Irwindale, California. If you have a preferred shipping courier, please provide shipping instructions and
account number.
2. Currency. All prices are based in US Dollars.
3. Standard Lead Time. 6 to 8 weeks ARO
4. Limited Warranty. One (1) year parts and labor
5. Payment Terms.
(a) 100% prepayment after acceptance of PO;

6. Delivery. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery of goods to the carrier, FOB Irwindale, California, shall constitute delivery to Buyer, and Buyer shall be
responsible for any loss or damage to the goods thereafter.
7. Disputes. Any dispute involving this quotation, or any order resulting therefrom, shall be brought in a Federal or State court in Los Angeles County,
California and shall be governed by the internal laws of the State of California.
