Manufacturing instructions:
Stir 2 – 9 into the resin solution and disperse for about 20 minutes at a peripheral speed of
about 20 m / sec in a high speed disperser, temperature should rise to 60°C but not
exceed.
After cooling below 40°C stir in 10 and 13, stir in 14 just before fill out in cans.
Avoid contact with air moisture as far as possible. Use nitrogen atmosphere.

* A 2.5/1 blend of medium/long oil alkyd and urethane alkyd (e.g. Unithane ® 655W –
Cray Valley) is recommended.

Mix epoxy resin in half Xylene. Incorporate pigments and Thixotrope in high speed
disperser. Add remaining solvent by slow mixing.
Base and activator are mixed together immediately before application.

Manufacturing instructions:
Process in high speed disperser in the following sequence:
III. Finally, mix in 11 (viscosity stabilizer) and leave to stand in sealed container for
24 hours blanked with inert gas. It is then stirred, adjusted for viscosity and filled
into an airtight container using a blanket or inert gas.
